We want you to love your Lulie Wallace home goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
